Gary Fritts Easy Web Cash System Review – Scam or Legit?

So, you want to make money on the internet? Many jump in unprepared for what can follow. I took the plunge recently and was excited to start but things quickly turned sour.

Now, I have nothing against the Easy WebCash System, except – where did the author go? It seems he quickly disappeared and the website for all the members became disabled with no communication from the author or site developer.

I took the plunge about a month ago. The site was very well designed and called the Easy WebCash System. Since it was only $37, it wasn’t much to risk. Heck, I’ve lost over $10,000 in the stock market, so what’s another $37?

When you signed up for the system, you were automatically given a duplicate website and authorization to promote the product. The product was the opportunity plus 10 or more downloadable products, such as ebooks and software.

After making several sales on (free ad site), I noticed that when I clicked on my link it responded as unavailable. With further research and several phone calls from other members, I quickly realized that Paypal had shut the site down for terms of service reasons. It has been over 3 weeks now, and I still see some advertising it, but when I click on their links – it’s still down.

One thing that confused me when getting started with this program is that the author received nothing. It seems that the members pocketed the whole $37. He mentioned that he was just trying to get his name out there. That was one issue that confused me at the beginning.

Lesson learned, opportunities come and go. Case in point, how many network marketing companies have gone under, probably 90% or more.

Well, I started on another venture. It is priced at $50 and offers about $10,000 worth (175+) products, so it is a much better value. The owner on this site gets $27.75 for a one time web site charge, so he has vested interest in keeping it live. This program is called the Stealth Money Maker. The site is a little better designed and offers much more. You can visit this site by clicking on the link below.

I just advertise this site on free sites such as,,, and

Good luck in your internet venture. It’s exciting to wake up to cash in your account in the morning.

What Are the Benefits of a POS System?

A POS system is an easy to use and efficient option for processing transactions in a shop or restaurant environment. They have the ability to generate sales reports and stock inventory to make a business easier to manage. Here are a few of the major reasons to use a POS system in place of a traditional cash register:

Greater efficiency

A practical benefit is the ability to make life a lot easier for the employees. For instance, there is no longer a need to enter a lot of data into a traditional cash register. Also, there is less need to memorize a long list of product prices. With less information to remember, the error rate in processing transactions is certain to be a lot lower compared to manually entering transaction data. A further positive is the speed in which these systems can be used to make the turnover more efficient.

Stock management

The traditional method of monitoring stock is to physically review the volume of goods left in storage. But, this is certain to be a very time-consuming and laborious job, especially for the large size business. A more practical alternative is the POS system which has the capacity to hold a digital database of all available stock. This gives the convenience of being able to check the volume of stock at a glance.

Accurate reports

Many of the latest POS systems have the ability to generate a wide range of customizable reports. The reports can include useful information like daily income and expenses which keeps a business owner updated on the overall success. Other useful information includes stock management to help know when to reorder supplies.

The most high-tech systems are designed to calculate seasonal variations and sales trends to know which items sold are most in demand. This is a useful indicator for business owners to buy in stock that is the most successful and increase the ability to maximize the potential income.

Also, the historical data created can help to highlight areas of wastage or overspend which can be better controlled in the future.

Employee tracking

The POS systems often include a unique clerk code which helps to track the activity of an individual employee. This tracking ability can even apply when multiple employees are using the same machine.

The option to track staff behavior can help to give an idea of staff with strong or weak sales figures. This information can be used to help the weaker staff members or to create a healthy competitive spirit in a business environment. Also, there is a much lower risk of employee theft when all transactions are tracked.

A Simple System to Create All Your Products

Let’s take it to the next level, let’s say you’ve done an ask campaign, and now you have 125 different challenges, questions, or problems people have sent to you. These are all challenges in your niche.

Next you write your 50 page manual and it answers everybody’s questions.

You could do 1 page per question. Let’s say that there’s a lot of overlap, and out of 125 questions you end up with 30 questions net. Now you have a 30 page manual that just blows away everybody else in your niche.

But, what you also have now, is you have the blueprint outline for a class series. If you were to just talk for 10 minutes on each of the 30 topics, you would have 300 minutes of audio, which is 5 hours of audio training.

You could then take those 30 points, make those the 30 bullet points in your sales letter.

You could write a few stories about 2 or 3 of the bullet points. You would have your stories in your sales letter done.

I find opening a sales letter with questions for the niche is really effective, and using this method you could use the same questions you got from your ask page. Look at the 125 answers you got and find the ones that had the most overlap. Just repeat those back at the beginning of your sales letter:

“Do you struggle with X, Y, Z?” “Do you struggle with A, B, C?”

They’ve already told you what they struggle with, so you just tell it back to them in the form of questions. And then you say, “Hey, I understand! In fact, I asked 25 people if they struggle with these particular things, and these are some of the things they told me they struggle with.”

Then you make a big list of all the things people are struggling with.

“So, here’s what I decided to do. I decided to create an all inclusive audio training program that will teach you everything you need to know about all of those things. And, it’s 5 hours long, it’s 5 60 minute audio training sessions, where I teach on all these things.”

Then you list 30 bullet points, and you embellish a little bit if you want to. You probably like formatting with little check marks, and bullets, and highlighting and all that stuff people do that makes them feel like it might sell a little bit more.

Then at the end you say, “Hey, if you want all this training, here’s what it’s worth. Here’s the price, and go ahead and click the payment button.”

Notice we’ve done all of this from the single ask page. We’ve gotten all of the information we need to write our giveaway manual, to create our 5 hour training program, and to write our sales letter.

Now, here’s one more thing, there’s even one more thing you can do with this now. You could take those 30 questions and a training session every week for 30 weeks, and have a 30 week group coaching program. Where, every week for 30 weeks, you do an intense training on one of those question, and open the call for questions and answers. Now you have a 30 week coaching program. Or combine a few questions a week to build a class series – whatever you want to do.

You’re answering genuine problems here. As you teach on these topics, you’ll get even more questions. You can keep teaching on these new questions every week, and you have an ongoing, lifetime, monthly coaching program, and you’ve done it all from a single ask page.

Build your business on solving problems – it’s an incredible foundation.

Learning Management System (LMS) Vs Learning Content Management System (LCMS)

E-learning brought to an organization learning options that are not only less expensive, but are more flexible than classroom training. Although e-learning would never replace “a human touch” that face-to-face training is privileged to, it is de facto that current technologies allow creating e-courses that are relevant, engaging, participatory, and with “a fun element”.

As a growing number of organizations utilize e-learning or “blended learning” (a combination of e-learning and classroom instruction), more organizations face questions of choosing the systems that are best fit to their environment. Larger organizations are on look for the systems that not only deliver and track e-courses, but also allow integration of performance reviews and development plans. The needs of smaller organizations may be more succinct and limited to training delivery. So, what do we consider when choosing the best e-learning program? Let’s look at the differences of the two main e-learning systems – Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Management Content System (LMCS).

LMS is a software application that is most often web-based and is designed for the administration, documentation, tracking, and reporting of e-learning programs and training content. LMSs, such as WestNet, Halogen, Flextraining or Mindflash require importing a content that is built externally using Microsoft programs, or e-learning development software such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate. Many LMSs offer monthly subscription for a fee based on the number of active users (training participants). Some LMSs offer one-time licensing, and charge annual fees for software upgrade and technical support, which can from 10% up to 25% of the licensing fee.

We have knowledge of at least 210 different LMSs with a range of features offered: from simple content delivery and reporting to sophisticated integration of learning management and social media platforms. Similarly, the difference of subscription and hosting fees is vast, ranging from $3,000 to over $23,000 annually for a thousand users.

In comparison, a Learning Content Management System (LCMS) is content-centric software for creating and managing of e-learning content (Xyleme, Exact Learning Solutions, Kenexa). Instructional designers and trainers can re-use e-learning content. As a result, it requires less of resources and saves time needed for course development. Rather than re-creating entire courses, LCMS provides the ability for courses to be modified and published for various audiences maintaining past versions. E-training elements that developers can manipulate include media files, assessment items, simulations, text or graphics. LCMS technology can also be used to deliver and track courses (as LMS), or as a standalone application for learning initiatives that require rapid development of learning content.

Thus, the main difference is that LMS does not allow creating and manipulating courses; it cannot reuse the content of one course to build another. The LCMS, however, can create, manage and deliver not only training modules but also manage and edit all the individual pieces that make up training modules. The subscription or license of LMCS is usually pricier that of LMS.

So, what does an organization need to consider when choosing the best fit e-learning system?

– An amount of training content to be developed and delivered. If an organization develops and delivers a great amount of training – either because of internal or external requirements – then LMCS may be a better choice. LMCS will be able to save instructional designers’ time by reusing training content that’s already had been created.

– Long term training and development needs. When an organization plans to grow and expand, it means that training and development needs will be growing as well. Thus, even when an LMS might seem a better fit today, considering long terms an LMCS may be the best fit. That way, an organization will avoid additional resources and confusion of switching from one system to another.

– Training audience. Larger organizations that employ workers nationally or internationally would experience a greater need for training modules being updated – because of local regulations and cultural preferences. Thus, LMCS might be of a benefit in this case.

– The plans to integrate e-learning into organizational social platforms. A few LMS and LMCS allow integrating organizational social platforms such as Intranets or wiki’s. Though these systems are usually pricier, this emphasis on learning encourages workers to participate in more training, and increases their engagement.

– The needs to utilize e-learning systems for performance management. Selected LMSs and LCMSs may perform performance management function by allowing managers to track employee performance (incorporating learning application results of completed courses), and by providing employees with an opportunity to create development plans based on performance reviews.

E-learning is a powerful learning platform. When an organization chooses “the right” system, such system can be not only a cost saver, but it can also enhance learner engagement and learning retention.

HVAC System Cleaning Tips

HVAC units work to heat and cool the home in addition to filtering the air within it. Over a 12 month period, the majority of these systems will accumulate a large amount of debris and dirty. Not only does this work to ruin the quality of air within the home, but it also work to reduce the overall efficiency of the unit itself. By taking part in regular cleanings, you will be doing your part to ensure better air quality and unit functionality. In this article, we will outline the steps necessary to keep your unit running smoothly.

Air Conditioning

Step 1 – Outside the home you’ll find a condenser unit. Unplug the unit or flip the breaker to power it off.

Step 2 – Take a vacuum to the unit in order to remove the debris and dust along the fins. If there are weeds or grass nearby, employ the use of a weed whacker to clear the area as a way to prevent any clogs.

Step 3 – With a screwdriver, remove any screws along the top of the condenser and lift the top open. Be cautious when pulling up the cover so as not to cause any damage to the fan. Next, use a hose to spray the condenser, thereby cleaning out any dirt or debris.

Step 4 – Unscrew the cap on the condenser drain line. Pour yourself a cup of bleach and pour it into the drain line in order to eliminate any bacteria or algae. Allow the bleach to sit for about an hour, and attach a we/dry vacuum with the paper filter removed to the drain line. Turn the vacuum on for five second periods to remove the dead algae and bleach without doing harm to the line itself.

Step 5 – Take off the lid which covers the inside unit by pressing on the access button. Take out the filter, inspecting it for any debris and dirt. You may need to replace the filter if it is too dirty.

Step 1 – Remove the access panel to open up the indoor unit.

Step 2 – Flip the circuit breaker to the off position in order to turn off power to the unit.

Step 3 – Take a vacuum to the blower compartment and burners on the unit. Remove as much dust as you possibly can.

Step 4 – Remove the retaining nuts in order to gain access to the blower fan control panel. Remove the panel and allow the control to hang. Unscrew the retaining bolts in order to remove the blower fan and clean the fins using a soft brush.

If you’ve completed the steps outlined above and do not notice any improvement in your air quality or unit performance, it may be time to look into the possibility of a new unit. Place a call into your local HVAC specialist and schedule an appointment in order to assess whether repair or replacement is needed. Your HVAC technician will be able to provide you with information to help make a decision regarding the future of your current HVAC unit.
